"Finally, an order that just went right"
After dealing with so many orders lately where something is missing or I have to contact customer service, it was kind of a relief that this one was just simple. The DVDs I ordered showed up, everything was correct, and nothing was missing. Shipping took about as long as they said it would, so no surprises there. No complaints from me — I’d order again.

"Streaming was more of a hassle than it should’ve been"
I had a rough time trying to stream. The videos kept buffering, and a couple times I couldn’t even get into my rentals right away. It eventually worked, but i wasted way too much energy messing with it when I just wanted to sit down and watch something. Not really worth the hassle for me

"Customer service took longer than it should have"
I ordered from tlavideo.com and had a question about my order, but getting a response was a bit of a pain. I tried to be patient, but it took much longer than I expected. When they finally got back to me, the reply was polite enough, but brief and didn’t really solve the issue, so I had to follow up again. The website itself is fine, but their customer service could definitely be more responsive. Not a terrible experience, just more frustrating than it needed to be.

They have a really good selection, and most of the time the things I need are actually in stock, if that makes sense.

I've ordered from TLA Video a couple of times now, it’s been easy each time. "Better value than I expected"
I’ve ordered from tlavideo.com a few times now, and I’ve been pleasantly surprised by how reasonable the prices are. Compared to some other sites, it feels like you actually get a fair deal, and the shipping costs weren’t bad either. Overall, it’s been a good value and I can definitely see myself ordering from them again.

"The site feels outdated and a bit..."
The site feels outdated and a bit clunky to use. It took me about longer than expected to find what I needed, and checkout kept making me re-enter the same info, which got annoying fast. My order did go through eventually, but the whole process was more frustrating than it needed to be.
